   This is a nice idea, but something is wrong. Go into the river behind the smelter, crouch and you will see that the backside of it has no contact with the ground.

   What if any difference does this mod provide that the other eight smelter mods in Riverwood do not?

      He added an anvil as well. So it's better.

      This is just me inspecting the creation kit. And of course I also added an anvil, others did not.

      Has _no_ ITMs. So cleaning with tes5edit is not needed.
      But: Smelter should be deeper into the ground.

   This is probably the best and most immersive Riverwood smelter mod I've seen so far. It's unbelievable how it seems to fit absolutely naturally into its surroundings.
