   Awesome mod! I had to do a bit of editing in the creation kit to get the top hatch working. Other than that, awesome job! Endorsed!

   Good mod, MCR!
   The journal and dialogs are well written, the interior is a cosy place to live and has nice shadow effects. You've got an endorsement for that.
   
   One small suggestion, the the upper trap door that should lead to the roof top isn't working. Looks like it was intended, but why?

      As I said in the description, problems with the navmesh. You're not missing anything important, anyways.

   About the disappearing light house;
   
   Its cause you havent generated LOD. The game has no LOD files for it, if you generate lod it will simply act as another building in vanilla skyrim.
   There are a few creatinkit articles on the wikia on how to do lod's!

      But each separate piece already has its own LOD model. Shouldn't that be enough?
