When Dawn of Solitude and JK's Solitude were finally released, I checked and realized that The Lucky Skeever may not work properly with those mods, not without resorting to patches which may not work easily.
So instead I decided to go for a completely new player home mod, one that works with either of those mods without any issues, that is, almost like Lucky Skeever but some reduction and close to the idea first encapsulated by The Riften Garret.
I took the Castle Dour cell that never made it to production, tweaked and twisted it around. However, the size of the stairs meant that I would never be able to make come close enough to the actual size of the tower (instead the best advice I can only give is to suspend disbelief), so I built it just enough to fit whatever was needed but without compromising floor space; I also had that epiphany where I realized that the best homes need not to be so damn large, and so here it is.
Before I should go, if you need assistance, just drop by, explain carefully, and I'll try to give my best answer.
Great home! Really good for a bachelor and adventurer. Great location and nice access. I will be moving one of my followers into it as his home. Fits perfectly for him as a Penitus Oculatus from the capitol to assist the General and Legate in taming the Stormcloaks.
(I use this with JK's Skyrim All in One. Works perfectly!)
My female Breton uses your The Lucky Skeever as her apartment. The two home mods are perfectly pared with each other. F-ing awesome! Thank you for creating this!
Wow! Amazing!!! I wish I had your talent (and other mod authors) I do have one request, if I may. Is it possible to patch a children's room here. With the many mods for multiple marriages/lovers I can see the need for more children space in the game's Player homes. I would do it if I knew how (with your permission of course). I do like the idea of evicting the Thalmor out of the embassy, especially if you are using 2nd great war mod. One more request children's room(s) in the Blue Palace. You know just in case something slips with Elisif. :)))) Thanks again! And GREAT WORK!
Unfortunately, as with all of my home mods except Peregrine Highwatch HFX, I personally intended them to be used as either bachelor pads or for housing additional followers.
This is a great mod, I just don't enjoy as much the idea of living on the very edge of town. My dream is to evict those filthy thalmor and make a house on that headquarters tower of theirs
October '16, this mod looks and feels great, blends in almost seamlessly with Director's Cut Dawn of Skyrim/JK's Lite cities, populated with Inconsequential NPCs. Almost surprised no one took up living here already.

Until then, thank you and good morning!
Translations with only the plugin, yes, just message me.
But the whole mod... Nope.
