Icons for Mod Organizer based on the Nexus Color Layout for the Games. I also added the .psd if you want to edit it.

Steps to Put Icons:
Step 1: Put the "Final" Folder Somewhere that it won't be moved
Step 2: Right click the Shortcut
Step 3: Properties > Shortcut > Change Icon
Step 4: Find the Folder and choose the .ico
Step 5: Apply and Done@!
