This is a village I've created, Riften style, mainly to compliment Heartwood Keep. I have included Heartwood Keep
in the installer, and will be maintaining that from this archive as from now.
The installer will give the options to install either the Village or the Keep, or both.

CHECK TO ENSURE CORRECT LOAD ORDER if installing both Village and Keep:
Heartwood Keep > Heartwood > HeartwoodKeepVillagePatch.

Heartwood

LOCATION:
Located just a stone's throw away from Heartwood Mill in Rifthold with beautiful lakeside surroundings.

FEATURES:
 Automatic lighting - day/night cycle
 Automatic closing farm gates
 An Inn
 A fully equipped Blacksmith
 A general Trader
 Stables with Stable Master
 A crop farm
 An animal farm
 Pineview - A comfy player home with room for 2 followers
 Key for Pineview is in the barrel. :)
 Alchemy and Enchanting stations in the player home
 Resident Bard in the Inn
 Resident follower in the Inn
 Two guards each on a double 6-hour shift to protect the village
 Patchy the horse

 General Stores by Harvey2112 - For automatic storage and sorting.

Sexy Riften v2 by Horrorview for a really nice look to the village.

Heartwood Keep

LOCATION:
 Located just a stone's throw away from Heartwood Village in Rifthold with beautiful lakeside surroundings.
 A key is required to enter. Look for something unusual around the keep that will lead you to it...

 Single area for all crafting
 Sleeps 9 followers
 Adoption friendly with room for 6 kids
 Housekeeper/Merchant with 25k gold
 Automatic storage with General Stores

 General Stores by Harvey2112 - For automatic storage and sorting.
Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions by TMPhoenix - Heartwood Keep adoption stuff is built around this so, pretty much required for kids.
 Dawnguard DLC - Dragonborn DLC
 NMM installation will offer the option to install additional material if you have the DLCs
 They both provide additional trophy displays for the respective DLCs
