I think so. My tweaked ini files were created with BethINI as base. So there should be no conflict. My further tweaks are additional parameters, which running all stable in my heavy modded Oldrim. But keep in mind, that it will be not a guarantee for all users, because all modding is almost dependent on the constellation of content.
I am currently testing mods for a new game and was experience lot of stuttering in Whiterun (Multiple npcs and Texture mods). Your ini files have minimized the stuttering to a great extent. Thanks a lot for sharing this my friend .
If you use Birds of Skyrim, disable the pigeons in the main square, all of them. I found that THAT was the culprit for my heavy stuttering, maybe it can help you too.

Die Screenshots sind leider gar nicht mehr aktuell, aber eine schöne Erinnerung. Ich werde, wenn ich mal mehr Zeit haben würde, irgendwann mal neue einstellen.
Zur manuellen Installationn von Mods kann ich nur sagen, dass es mir irgendwann zu unübersichtlich wurde und ich überhaupt nicht mehr durch blicken konnte, wenn es Probleme gab. Auf der anderen Seite konnte ich mehr über die genaue Struktur von Skyrim erlernen. Wie auch immer ... MO ist in jeglicher Hinsicht eine absolute Bereicherung und auch sehr große Hilfe im Modding, worauf ich nicht mehr verzichten möchte!!!

I was lucky to test the ini files version 1.0.6 long time before release. How did I test them: Just playing and see what happens. I have Skyrim Legendary Edition with Win 7 OS and use ModOrganizer as Modmanager. I don´t use crash fixes, SKSE Plugin Preloader or safty load. For the test I started a game using an MO profile with 159 activated Mods, 69 esps and a clean save starting in Helgen keep. Together with Rudy ENB (NLA version) on a 0.308 binary. The game proofed to be very solid with a better performance (about 10 fps) compared to vanilla Inis on my system. I noticed only one CTD after a total playing time about 144 hrs. Because this CTD was not reproducable I can´t tell the reason for it and in a modded game are a lot of possibilties. I don´t think that the reason has something to do with the tested ini files. In all: I experienced with the inis version 1.0.6 the most solid modded skyrim so far and use them now with all MO profiles. I recommend them absolute, they are more worth for a try.
