If you port over to Skyrim Special Edition- here are my suggestions. For lines go with what @saieden said Models for character: Mr. Belvedere Fran Fine (like @daglez suggested) Jo-Anne from Supernanny, Alice (Brady Bunch) Mrs. Garrett (Different Strokes and the Facts of Life), Rosie (possibly a dwemer construct) from the Jetsons
They're all great ideas, but I only made this because I had a rare window in which to get some modding done. I honestly do not have time to implement the suggestions, and they're not really my area of expertise anyway. saieden, if you want to put the dialogue in and upload a new version, I can redirect users to your mod.
Very nice. It threw me for a moment during the Blood on the ice quest (trying to avoid any spoilers here) having an extra person on hand was quirky but did not alter the flavour of the storyline.
I like this idea quite a bit! As for dialogue there are several that could be used without needing to change anything.
Una the maid at the Blue Palace in Solitude has perfect dialogue:
"Watch your feet. We just cleaned there!" "Got lots of things to take care of. What do you need?"
And this line only pops up during the Mind of Madness quest but could be stolen easily:
"I guess I should be getting back to work. It was more fun talking, though."
Fianna in Dragonsreach has 2 lines that could work:
" Don't you go trackin' your dirty boots on my clean floor!" "Soldiers! They're everywhere these days. And not a one of them knows how to pick up after themselves."
Gerda also in Dragonsreach has one line that works without edits:
"If my cleanin' gets in your way, just say the word an' I'll be off."
Voada in Understone Keep in Markarth has one line that works without edits:
"It's been a hard day cleaning. Good, honest work I say."
If you considered males Sifnar Ironkettle of Palace of the Kings in Windhelm, Bulfrek of White Hall in Dawnstar, and Nils from Candlehearth Hall in Windhelm each have 1 that works without edits.
And I'm sure there are more, these are just the ones I could think of off the top of my head that wouldn't require editing. With editing, all of the above have PLENTY of lines as well as other NPCs I'm sure.
This is a great idea for a mod. I think if you took the extra step to add simple dialogue, and maybe even interraction with children(if it's not that hard, that is) This mos would be a Hot File in NO TIME.

Is there a option to choose the nannies? I don't want to have the old hag in Breezehome.

As to start, otherwise, the community has skills and should be able to help (even if reactivity is not a garanty, given tools & setup so far).
To be seen, self comment over specifics tasks/time/location ?
