Do any of these (like dawnguard arsenal) work for Requiem 2.0.2? Especially the ones that require requiem 1.8.1, I'm guessing there's no way that any of those will work with 2.0.2?

I am using the Legendary Edition, and so I tried swap the masters from the Official Patches but I allways get this message : ""SwapMasters: Clearing dependencies No dependencies cleared.

Looking at the Requiem - Dawnguard Arsenal patch in xEdit, it seems all the weapons added by Dawnguard Arsenal got the Rune War Axe extra damage effect, which shouldn't be the case?
I'm guessing the patch was meant to give all those weapons the turn undead effect instead, like the war axe and the warhammer have in Requiem?
I didn't make the patch but this looks indeed wrong. I uploaded a new version, that assigns the new weapons the same turn undead enchantment like the war axe and warhammer have in Requiem.
Sorry for the late replay. The current version of Requiem handles racials heights inconsistently. At the moment you should add Height Adjusted Races under Race Visuals in the reqtificator.ini but after Requiem 2.0 Height Adjusted Races shouldn't be added to Race Visuals anymore.
Personally, I recommend not to use RotE at all because as you said it's broken. For most parts it just adds higher numbers to enemies which isn't what Requiem is about. The patch was mostly done by Azirok and I updated parts of it for Requiem 1.8+. You can find a Requiem patch for RotE 2.0+ here.
However 9999 stamina is normal for undead because they should never get exhausted.
For now I'm marking all of hunterrock's patches as outdated. In the next weeks I'll go through them and determine which are still in usable shape with the latest version of requiem or maybe release small updates to them.

so you say to play 1.95 instead of 2.2? I am thinking about this mod but seems broken like 9999stamina for monsters?
However 9999 stamina is normal for undead because they should never get exhausted.
