Finally, my transportation, and treasure-handling needs are met! What was once a chest full of jewels, jewellery, and precious metals is now 1.4 MILLION septims in my pocket! That would've taken 700 trips to wealthier merchants. My hat goes off to you!

... Why not just bundle the sources in the main archive?

Also, wouldn't it be best to have a default destination that's in the world, like maybe Riverwood?

The reason I didn't put the sources in with the main archive is because not everyone needs/wants them. They're .txt files of the scripts I made, and are only available in-case people are interested in seeing them; and perhaps using them as reference for something they want to make themselves.
Concerning the default destination... I didn't put a default destination in the world because I didn't want any compatibility issues that might arise from such. I also didn't want to let people who use alternate starts and no fast travel, like myself, have an easy way to reach a common place such as Riverwood without actually traveling there on foot/horse.

Thank you for updating this, because I saw this once, downloaded, tested and endorsed, but forgot about it cause I was testing out other mods. I just tested it out again (for the chest) and I really like how simple it is. Sure we have to remember the locations we set up, but there are only 5, so easy enough lol.

Quick question for you. I opened it up in CK and saw the AAAMarkers cell has a *, yet it is clean as a whistle in Tes5edit...is something changed in the cell for a purpose? I am only wondering cause I want to dissect your scripts to better understand the teleport system. I have dreamed of making a teleport realm home that requires ALL the DLC's (for myself...not to be released) and thought about making the PCstartLoc (probably got the marker cell name wrong) as the base home for myself. Thank you for your time with this simple, yet very useful mod.

[edit to add on 10/10] Ok, this mod is perfect for me! I did try to make a new "mod" with the set up that you did, but I don't have experience with modding with SKSE, so I went ahead and edited your mod. I turned the cell with the chest into my home realm, brought the navmesh to ground level, deleted the reference to the aaamarker cell, added the update and the 3 DLC's...and it works perfectly! I even tested it with bringing a follower in with me and teleporting with the follower to the realm and my teleport locations added in game. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this mod. You made my dream come true!

Glad to hear you liked my mod. I'm also quite happy to hear you were able to build from my mod to create a mod you had wanted to make yourself, it's always good to hear that I was able to help out some of my fellow gamers and/or modders

Really nice mod, downloaded, updated and endorsed.

I have altered the esp: I've deleted the quest that adds the teleport cube automatically into the inventory. Then I've placed it into Irkngthand with a light FX around it so the player won't miss it when he entres the dungeon. I've done this because I think that cube is a really powerful item and the player shoundn't own it automatically.

And the conversion chest is a cool idea but I think the amount of gold to get from the converted items should be lowered.

    All in all: Love it!

Glad to hear you like my mod. I can understand your feeling of it being too powerful to automatically have, but I was going for the best possible compatibility, which is why I didn't place it in the world to get. If you feel like you're getting to much gold, you could simply refrain from using that feature or stop picking up all the loot... though it does seem like it would be a fairly simple change to the script to lower the amount you get.

I might make a version that gives different amounts of gold back if I get the time.

Edit: If you wanted to change it yourself all it would take, as far as I know, would be opening it up in the CK. Go to the Conversion Chest, edit the script on the chest. Add something like myGoldValue = (myGoldValue * 0.5) after the line that removes items from the chest, but before the line that adds gold to the chest. This should make it give half as much as it would before.

Fantastic concept! I was hoping for something like this for quite a while.

If you are looking for feedback for the mod might I suggest to make the teleporting item a stone or some kind of furniture like fixture. That way we could just place it in one of our player homes and activate it to teleport wherever we wish. Or better yet use both concepts, one to keep in inventory if you wish and one that is stationary and can be activated after walking up to it.

Either way, this is great, thanks for the mod!

Thanks for your feedback. Glad to hear you like the mod. I probably won't be making another teleportation mod, but thanks for your suggestion in any case.

This actually was a built in feature back in Morrowind
