found the upgrade that's in the windpeak, but I can't click on it and I've tried everything possible I took off texture packs I had and I don't have anything layout mods activated either. please help!
I found the one in Dawnstar (FYI: IDK if this applies if you have mods that change interiors of the Inns or not, but the box may be under some items and you'll have to disable them to gain access), but the dialogue box that comes off only has one option: Do Nothing. Do I need the first upgrade in order to apply the next one?
They are all in a major city and inside a building, you'll find one with a 'Maiden of war', one hiding INN a 'snowy PEAK', One is guarded by a 'Blue bear' who can kill a man with his roar, The red wolves hide one where they 'Sharpen there claws' and finally a white buck holds the final piece in his 'young, mead drinking hands of royalty' For the second upgrade you will need a spell to grab distant objects and pull them towards you.

There is a text file that is downloaded with the mod. It lists all locations of the various upgrades. In the Dawnstar inn, it's on a barrel near the counter. If you are using Realistic Room Rentals, it will be on the floor in the same spot.
