Note: guys thanks for all your support and nice comments. as i have said 4.0 is the last version of the mod and i have moved on from skyrim about a year ago and had great experience playing and modding the game i enjoyed it a lot.
The inspiration for the mod came out of frustration really. as i cound not found custom houses with full heartfire functionalities and vanilla houses were boring so my goal was to merge these two having full functionality of vanilla house and making it as less boring as i can think of. i made this for myself because i wanted to have a great experience inside the house so i paid lot of attention on functionality and ease of accessing things.
Now lot of people are still suggesting good ideas so i have decided to throw this mod open to all of you if want to take this mod ahead or you want to re-upload this mod with a different name you can do it just make sure to give me enough credit and inform me before doing it. thank you all.

Installation :-
Extract the contents of the archive to the skyrim main directory.
Un-installation :-
To uninstall the mod remove the following files from the data folder.
1.BetterHjerim.esp
2.BetterHjerim.bsa
Description :-
There are three major parts that have changed.
1. A new area outside the house called "DragonForge".
This area is mainly a smithing area and a beautiful view where children can play.
2. Changes in the interior of the main house.
In the interior there a enormous changes. lots of things have added in the house.
3.A new cell named "Secret Halls of Hjerim".
This cell can be used to display almost every unique item that you get in the game.

Secret Hall of Hjerim is categorised into main these areas.
1.Hexagon Hall
This is the main entrance Hall.
2.Mage's room
This room contains the items found in the whole collage of winterhold questLine.
3.Warrior's room
This room contains the items found in the Dark brotherhood,Companions,questLines.
4.Throne Hall
This hall contains a Throne and items found in the rest of the quests, and some 16 manequinns for armor display.
5.Dragonborn room
This room contains all the items found in the Dragonbron questline.
6.Dawnguard room
This room contains all the items found in the dawnguard questline.
7.Cheat room
You can do following things in this room.
Toggle all spells.
Toggle all perks.
Toggle Dragon Shouts.
Increase level.
and more.
