I hardly did anything, if it wasn't for the the two mods listed , it wouldn't be possible. So just head over to both mod pages (listed on the description page) and give them a endorsement if you haven't already done so. Your welcome none the less though
Hi, I understand having to use another 50 mods to get the best one, yours, but don't know why there is a Alduin replacer texture. Why can't those be included as an all-in-one?
Its actually not hard to do yourself, you just need to copy/paste, rename, and move a few files. I wanted these wings for the Alduin Wings (Evil Wings according to console command menu) and another texture set from Shroud's Juicy Dragon Wings for the Bloody Dragon Wings. however the wings from this mod and the ones i wanted from Shroud's Juicy Dragon Wings were both marked as being the Alduin wings.
what I did was make a new folder in the folder where i have all the mods i do manually instead of with NMM called "Custom Dragon Wings Setup", i copied the wings from the Juicy Dragon Wings into that folder, then renamed them to match the Bloody Dragon set by changing the "alduin" part of the file names to "DragonBloody", then i copied the files from this mod into my "Custom Dragon Wings Setup folder as well, at which point i copied all the files in that folder and pasted them into the folder with the textures for Animated Dragon Wings thus replacing the original textures for the Alduin Wings and Bloody Dragon Wings.
what you want to do is basically exactly what i did, except youd be renaming the files from THIS mod, changing the "alduin" part to "DragonBloody".
EDIT: okay, so that doesnt quite work, or at least not with the Bloody Dragon style. that style has a fourth file in the set that i thought I could just delete and it would work, but apparantly this is not the case, i will see if i can make it work with another set, but i am skeptical it will work as the other wing sets dont seem to use the same basic pattern i noticed between Alduin Wings and Blood Dragon Wings.
For some reason these wings come out looking different from the picture... they are not as dark and the red in my game is a redish-orange instead of a pure red
does this use the texture path of alduin? if so it should use whatever texture alduins wings are which can have many variants depending on what dragon texture mod ppl are using. im hoping it does this with my 4k texture overhaul of all dragons especially alduin as it has a similar texture of the one recommended by this mod only its 4k and way more sharp looking/smexy.
Cant get the wings to show up at all. Used the required mod. I adjusted the load order and still. No wings. I am using a Evil Deadric Demon Armor mod. I thought the wings would look perfect with it but they dont show up. I looked at other posts and saw the details about the cooking pot. I installed both mods in the order you said then looked into the pot to make the required item. Its not there. Its too bad because a lot of people seem to like this mod. For me. It does nothing but cause frustration.
