The house's key is next to to the hatchery, underwater. You can see it in the pictures.
The containers are sure. Some navmesh are not perfect even if I try many things, sorry.

This house is located at the Ilinalka Lake so you can have problem with others mods using this place!
If you take the normal version and want to change to NPC or Complete version don't forget to take everything you placed in the house or it will disapear!
The Complete Version (3.0) contains Nudity. You can turn ON/OFF Nudity by the chain that you can see in Pictures. NPC re-equip their clothes/armors by enter in cells, wait or travel.
