A highly overpowered AOE spell that does 100 fire, ice, and shock damage that scales with level and has soul trap effect. WARNING!!! This spell is dangerous to followers and innocent bystanders. I would recommend not using it in towns or your bounty will rise quickly.

Installation- put the esp in the data folder
Getting the spell- use the console and look for Spell Tome: Elemental Burst, then use player.additem (insert number here) 1
