Here's the CME save some people were asking me for, character face that i created using ECE and editing in vertex mode.
In this video you can see how my game looks as well as the character face. The thumbnail has a different haircut/haircolor, the face is the same. You can see the character at 1:22 and 2:08.

In general using Opethfeldt ENB 7.3 beta, for the 2 pics i took with her dark hair i used DHenb (problem is that one looks really bad in actual gameplay, but it's nice for taking character pics)

copy _1_commonTriRaces.slot to example:

c:\users\(Your user name)\documents\my games\skyrim\cme_save

After loading your game:

1) press ` to open up the game command console
2) type in showracemenu and hit enter
3) select nord female
4) go to body / slot load - > hit next and click on slot1
