    It's been quite a while since I touched this mod, and I likely won't be updating it any further since I no longer play the game. If anybody wishes to update it themselves or merge it with their own projects, by all means feel free to do so! If it can be of use to anyone in any way then I see that only as a good thing.

    For anybody who might still be wondering: this mod will not prevent the knockdowns caused by Dragon Combat Overhaul. If I recall correctly I was looking into adding protection against the DCO knockdowns, but the knockdowns were all scripted and I wasn't sure if it was possible to add protection against them without copying over DCO's scripts to my own mod, which would be infringement unless I got permission to do this by DCO's author. And I have a feeling that DCO's author would be against the idea. I stopped playing the game shortly thereafter and never ended up trying to figure out if it was possible to do this in a non-infringing way.

    I'm really not a very knowledgeable modder, I just picked it up because there were so many minor things in the game that I felt were poorly designed and ended up making a ton of modifications for personal use. There were several more besides this one that I wanted to release on the Nexus because they didn't appear to be covered by anyone else, but I never ended up fixing them up for a public release. Oh well. :c

    Motherfucking thank you. I don't care if some people think this is OP but I've been struggling fighting a f***ing mod boss that knocks me down on paralysis and then every f***ing time I get back up (WITH THAT SLOW AF ANIMATION), I can't keep my goddamn distance because it's fast as hell. I fall down every f***ing time. REPEAT THIS FOR LIKE 7 TIMES IN A ROW AND DEATH. Not even Dark Souls pissed me off this much-- especially since the damn thing eats all my stamina to ZERO and poisons for FIFTEEN seconds. HERE'S TO HOPING THIS ENCHANTMENT MOD HELPS.

    I've been using this mod only for a short while but I still get sent for a 100yd trip when Draugr Deathlords shout as well as dragon fus-roh-dah shouts. I have a damage increase on my fus shout, Could that be the problem? If it is, I'll keep the fus multiplier because at least we both shout with contempt although dragon is only interrupted and staggered.

    Hey, I read that you considered making a version of this that prevents DCO knockdowns. Did you actually make this? If so It would be sooo nice if you could forward me to that one

    Hi, I'm not sure if this makes sense within the scope of your vision for this mod but I'm using a combat mod called EHSE - Reactive Combat. I enjoy it quite a lot but I'm not good enough to avoid being knocked down when using it. When the player gets knocked down with that mod, they are almost guaranteed to die, because of how long it takes to flop around to the correct position to stand up and then stand up and re-gain control.

    I'm looking around for a way to be immune to knockdowns under any circumstances. An enchant sounds like the best way because it won't stop NPCs from being knocked down. Is there any chance this mod could become compatible with that mod?

    The reason I didn't bother with DCO knockdowns is because they can easily be avoided by either blocking, which protects you against being knocked down, or by not standing where the dragon is landing. And by not standing at the dragon's tail or wings, which causes it to do a wing/tail attack. It's quite fun, and a cinch once you get the hang of it. But I will look into making a version for you that includes immunity to DCO knockdowns.
     


    Oh I know, I just play the mage type from time to time and find the options limited there - without breaking the flow of things to equip something you can block with. Thank you
