On a beautiful fall day, the hero (or villain protagonist) of your story was walking down the steep road leading from Ivarstead to Riften, when on the left he/she came across a wagon crash and a dead body. 


To put it simply, this mod adds a new player home with a small quest to go with it. Of course you could just find it on the northwest coast of skyrim by the wreck of the orphan tear and console your way in, but if you do I am silently and anonymously judging. The quest has no map markers and you actually have to read clues, I know, the horror. 

All you need is the base game, and follow the introductory paragraph to start the quest. Yay! now look at the screenshots if you want to know what the house looks like.
