Adds the Swift Strike enchantment that boosts your attack speed.

Added some gloves that gives an attack speed boost, disenchant them to use it on any gloves.
To avoid bugs there is no scaling so just use the weakest soul gem for this one
SE version - Gloves of Speed

The gloves can be found in riften in the blacksmith shop (The Scorched Hammer),
they lay on top of the shelf when you go to the basement just waiting for you.
or by console [~]:
type: help "Swift Iron Gauntlets"
then use the id to add the item to your inventory: player.additem <itemID> 1

In case anyone likes or wants to try the old version.. any value above ~20 can cause a bug that prevents you from attacking
if that happens interacting with someone or blocking may fix it and allow attacking again.
increase your attack speed scales with skill and gem size.
the gloves can only be obtained through console commands!

console: help "Lightweight Iron Gauntlets"
