DOWNPOUR - A retexture of the Skyrim Rain

Description
============
This mod replaces the default rain with a new texture that was designed make rain appear more dramatic and heavy while still remaining performance friendly.

============
Installation
============
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Copy file to your Skyrim Data folder. The file path is [C]Windows > Programs Files or Program Files (x86) > Steam > SteamApps > common > Skyrim > Data > Textures > Effcts
3. If prompted to overwrite the texture select yes to overwrite the default textures.
4. Start the Skyrim Launcher and play.
5. Enjoy!

Uninstallation
==============
Just delete (or overwrite) the fxraindrops.dds file.

Incompatibility
===============
Since it's just a simple texture replacement, it shouldn't conflict with any mods that don't change the same texture.

Added desaturated option for people with ENBs that enhance the colors.
Added a lighter desaturated version for ENBs that darker the rain as well.
Added a totally desaturated version (RGB equivalent of a greyscale texture).
