what my mod does is make snow more heavier and its a blizzard i had a heavy snow mod but i deleted that so i have been working on this install using NMM or manaullyinto your data folder which is ususally c/programs (x86)/steam/steamapps/commom/skyrim/data . make sure you click on the blizzard 1-4.esp file the update is 1.5 but esp still says 1.4 but its updated
