Joto-he is a simple khajiit follower,he uses one-handed weapon and he will level up with you.
He will wait you in the Thieves Guild HQ (Right in the middle of it ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) )
Update:I will add a file with Joto at the Bee'n'Barb inn in the Riften!(Coming Soon)
Note:If you want him to look exactly the same,you will need latest RaceMenu.
