Cupcake is a manly follower who never hit puberty. He is a ex-forsworn a briarheart to be exact. He is just trying to find someone strong enough to follow. This is my first mod so don't hate. You also need Amazing Follower Tweaks to make him actually follow you. I tried everything but I couldn't get him to follow. You can find him in the bannered mare in whiterun.
