You can find all of the followers in The Arcanaeum (The Library in the College of Winterhold) with a Barrel containing all the unique weapons and armor.

The Red Matter Helmet is in there but for some reason the texture is keeping it as an Overpowered Glass Helmet. If someone can fix it let me know how so I can fix it.
