Description
Adds two spells in the arch mage quarters in winterhold
One to capture a soul
One to release it
Only one soul can be captured at any point
Anything can be captured (Bosses included)
Sometimes they dont disapear and run around all tiny, probably just a script bugging out when running
Will not trigger any hostilities (Unless they are hostile already)
