Simply a little fix for the underwater sound in Skyrim.

The original one is very ugly ( repeat himself infinitely... ) So i edit him.

The second file is a fix for a very annoying bug i have sometime. When i'm not underwater, i have the sound like if i was. In this case, i have simply delete the sound so even underwater you will not have the sound anymore. Yeah that suck but anyway better than that #!*@ bug !
