DISCLAIMER!! PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT ACTORS CAN AND WILL BE KILLED. SCRIPTS CAN ALSO BE HEAVY.
MAKE A NEW SAVE FOR THIS MOD IN CASE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. I AND THE REST OF US AT ECCENTRIC WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO SAVES!!!!
With that out of the way, let's begin:

"28 Days and a Bit 5 - Mutation" is a sandbox Zombie Apocalypse mod. The idea was originally brought to life in Oblivion by Ryuujin, and those of us at Eccentric revived it and brought it to Skyrim as well.

Steps to starting the mod:
+When the mod starts, you will be given the "28 Days: Quick-Start" power.
This allows you to quickly start the mod with a scenario.
+For more control and options, check the MCMenu. It allows you to manually place zombies in cities,
change their health and damage, and much much more!

+(2 February 2013) Now with MCM Support!
+(8 April 2013) Added advanced zombie settings in the MCM menu: individual zombie types can have their health and damage scaled to whatever you feel like.
+(30 June 2013) Fixed bug where player doesn't stand up after entering bleedout state for infection
+(21 July 2013) Bugfixes, better NPC infection system, and using the console command "setownership 00000db1" on a door will prevent zombies from spawning from targeted door
+(1 December 2013) Many, many changes. Lots of bugfixes, optimization, siege re-implemented (somewhat), but most notably, dogtown1 has given me permission to pack SkyMoMod assets with the mod,
eliminating the dependency.
+(1 February 2014) Added a Barricade Door Lock override. Set to 0 for default formula, or set it to a higher value to lock a door at that level. Can now toggle specific types of zombies on/off
+(4 April 2014) Added female zombies, corrected follower commands, increased number of followers to 15, lowered
default zombie health and damage, added new scenario "Last Stand", allowed opening of the menu while infected, added "Claim Door" spell, added
optional plugin to hide the Spawn Zombies magic effect in the UI, small tweak to which doors zombies spawn from, added frenzied infected Actors
+(15 April 2014) To prevent zombies spawning from closets, they now only spawn only while in an exterior, but can still chase prey indoors. Quick Scenarios
were moved to the MCM. Spawn times have been added to control the hours of the day that zombies are allowed to spawn at. Fixed "Reset To Default Value" in MCM. Added new scenario
"Safe Walls". Thanks to FISS, User-Made/Custom scenarios are now supported.

+Enjoy, and have a pleasant Apocalypse! ^_^

Known Bugs:
-Sometimes zombies get stuck behind doors
-Infected NPCs don't always become zombies
-Too many zombies spawn at lower values (like 1) again.

Incompatibilities:
None known.

Credits:
+ Ryuujin for the original Oblivion idea

This is obviously a large-scale mod, and as much as I try, I can only do so much to help with FPS and lag through scripts. If there is too much lag, actors may not properly defend themselves or even equip their weapons! In the worst case scenario, the game will CTD. Qurion has gone through the tedious pain of restarting Skyrim over and over for suggestions and help.

+ Lowering shadows always helps
+ Not using high resolution textures (increases loading times)
+ Custom shaders (such as ones that add shadows), FXAA, and particles may cause low FPS
