28 Days: Using FISS to Load and Save Custom Scenarios
First, you need to install FISS:

To Load Up a Saved Scenario:
1. Simply click the "Load Scenario" button of the scenario that you want to play. Clicking "Load Scenario 1" will load up the "Nights of the Living Dead" scenario that I have included. "Load Scenario" 2-10 are "blank."
2. Once selected, it will automatically fill in the values for you.
3. Adjust settings as necessary and play!
To save your own Scenario:
For this example, I will be using Scenario 2.
1. Adjust the settings to your liking. This includes everything: the Population page, Disease page, Zombies page, and the Misc. page.

In this update, I finally managed to get zombies to spawn on doors similar to the Oblivion version of 28 Days. The entire Horde will come out of one door until all of the doors in the cell have been detected, in which case any dead zombies will spawn from another door. A few other things should be noted as well:
There currently isn't a way to detect load doors, so zombies will spawn from swing doors as well.
Zombies may get stuck behind walls.
I have also added in Spooky Weather and it is a bit inspired by Silent Hill 2. Please keep in mind that I am still figuring out how cloud layers work.
