Apart from the fact that the Riverwood area next to the stream was a bit of an eyesore, I needed an extra place nearby for some extra followers, as well as a decent starter home for my next run through.
Nobody else has bothered to clear the rubble from there so, decided to do a cleanup myself.
Result is the Riverwood Millhouse, my first Skyrim mod.
