I have always been slightly frustrated at other people's CFM layout and categorisation of stuff. I have therefore combined a number of other CFM attempts into what I think is the ultimate compilation for my own playstyle (jack of all trades chars).

Most characters i've had in Skyrim end up becoming jack of all trade types. I see no point in limiting items in the favourites menu as per 'specialisations' as I inevitably need to use that obscure potion for somehting or other eventually.
