So this is my first mod ever, so don't kill me if it's not perfect. Thank you!

Lore:
Hasselgranf is a player home located between Helgen and Riverwood
About the place itsel: It's a nordic ruin that wasn't used to bury the dead nord warriors,but a place where they could rest on their travells.But since the dragon war it was empty until now.

A few months before you entered Skyrim the nordic ruin that was turned into a bar by a guy who lived in Helgen .He was running the bar, but on the day of the attack he was watching the execution,therefore he died.So the home is now empty.You can find out more about this guy by reading his journal that you can find on his desk in the bedroom.


Location:

It's locatin is marked on your map when you enter the game with the mod installed.Then you can make your way there.
If you don't want to traver you can open the console and type in:

coc HasselgranfOutside
OR
coc Hasselgranf

The home:
All the containers in the home are safe to use.There is a full set of crafting gear except for the smelter.
There is an alchemy table and an archane enchanter.

Known issues:
-Sometimes if you grab a torch there are wierd shadows on the wall.
