A new , table sized , Smelter found at the thievesguild , solely for smelting stolen jewelry into precious metal ingots

Ever wanted to smelt all your stolen Jewelry ? Well - now you can !
This mod adds a new Workstation to the Game : the Jewelry Smelter
Sofar there is only one of them , located in the Thievesguild Headquarters
At the Smelter you can smelt your Jewelry to retrieve raw materials , Gold & Silver Ingots with the Thievesguilds insignia to be exact .
Smelting 2 of those branded Ingots at a regular smelter rewards you with a generic Gold or Silver Ingot , depending on the input of course
Additional to this new "Recycling" mechanic I've added a custom ring , which increases your pickpocketing ,to the game which can be forged at the new smelter.
