As an unserious and pretty much lore-unfriendly mod, this is actually a port from Garry's Mod. It adds baby dolls known as Kewpie from the infamous, japanese Tarako Pasta Sauce commercials. A bunch of them can be encountered in the wilderness and will try to kill everything on sight with their invisible aura. Upon killing them, they will drop a unique "pasta sauce" food item as well as a leveled soul gem.
