About this mod
This mod makes Skooma act more like a real drug, with more potent effects, but also severe side effects. It also contains an optional bonus mod: better homecooked meals.

Real Narcotic: Skooma 1.1
-Adds thirty second "drugged effect" (like with sleeping tree sap)
-Restore stamina changed to fortify stamina 75 for sixty seconds
-Adds a fortify health 25 for sixty seconds effect
-Adds a damage magicka 2 for sixty seconds (total 60 drained) effect
