This is really just a test but I plan to expand it in time. The goal will be to edit the placement of objects in the game world. I feel that the placement of many world objects are sloppy and sometimes this creates massive clipping between the objects.
Bethesda Soft-works The USKP is used as a master so any world edits they made are retained
