Small fix for Blizzard and improving Master destruction spells.

This small mod will fix Blizzard's "little damage" problem and make the 3 spells more deadlier.
-Blizzard now does 200 damage as it should, staggers foes if Impact is unlocked.
-Firestorm will not hit allies, staggers foes if Impact is unlocked.
-Lightning storm instantly kills and disintegrates foes if their health drops to below 20%, staggers foes if Impact is unlocked.
The damage of all 3 are left untouched.
