Great mod! Is there any way you could add a castle-fortress prison in the mountains to make for an even more epic place to house my political opponents? Jarl Ulfric must be held someplace too inhospitable for an army to assault.
So funny thing i was running the thieves quest and had serana as a follower but with the dawnguard quest going she wont go home so i arrested her and meeko and when i release them now....it says they are released but they wont leave there cell....even if i teleport them outside they stand around and do nothing but when unsheath my weapon she unsheath hers but still she will not follow me. i have tried reseting her AI, resurrect, disable\enable and nothing. like the mod runs great just need my followers back :)
P.S. I Arrested them in the prison of agony and its like she dont want to leave the cell i even spawned bandits in she wont fight and the bandits wont leave the cell once there spawned in
Thanks for the report. Was this your first time installing or did you update to 4.9? Also verify you are using 4.9.1, 4.9 was built wrong for some reason I can no longer remember.

im having this same problem but the fix you mentioned, the console said that it wasnt valid:
