Faraena has been my main follower for my thalmor playthrough and she has grown on me so much, I know some people here are calling her "basic" but I personally love having an Altmer follower who looks like she's from the base game, there's literally no altmer followers in the game or any DLCs. Thanks for the mod, I haven't had a singe issue with it and I love her!

Happy to have her available to help my character on some missions and keep an eye on his home and child when he is away. As a fighter, her ranged Destruction spells work well with my character's melee combat style.

Unfortunately she recently has become useless. My character can't keep her awake. He told her to sleep in the follower room of his house and when he came to wake her the next day, she would talk to him but then go right back to sleep after saying she would follow him. Also, she sleeps on the floor despite having 3 empty beds to choose from.

Is her Stamina set too low? Should she not be allowed to sleep? Thoughts or suggestions?

This is great, I like how it isn't too over modded, with jiggly breasts, glassy eyed, barely clothed and not some floozy.

Been trying to look for these types of followers, that don't mess up the environment of the game. MER/ELF group I am making IN GAME... Dunmer, Bosmer, Altmer.

So....nothing special about this generic follower? Pass. Anyone can make a simple follower, try making more in depth with this character then it may stand out, otherwise it will just collect dust.

As the author says "This is my first follower mod, done quickly to learn the basics." So, keep that in mind.

      Mod author:
Consider looking into her spells, perks, combat style and class. For example, since you copied her from a Thalmor wizard, the Thalmor Wizard class is not skilled in heavy armor (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Thalmor_Wizard_%28class%29#Thalmor_Wizard). So, should she be maybe be in robes, or maybe change her class to another one, or create a new class? You could add perks in the particular skills you want her to use to make her more effective. Combat style (which is oddly under Miscellaneous in the Object Window) is very interesting to play with, because of how it affects her tactics in combat.

@JohnZonbi: Yes, just a generic follower right now. I made her so I could have a convenient Altmer and learn the basics of follower creation. I just wanted to throw her out here and get some feedback.

@LazyAltmer: I did changer her class from "ThalmorWizard" to "Spellsword." I *think* that makes her proficient in heavy armor, but I'd have to go check. I'm also not sure if spells are tied to class, but she has a decent amount of destruction and conjuration spells. I'll have to look into a custom class and manually selecting all the perks. I haven't found the perfect class yet for a High Elf Nordic battle mage.

      *sigh*

That's the problem with the modding community anymore. Yes, unique-voiced, and extremely modded follower mods are nice, but now they are just expected. Simple, basic followers such as this one is easily tossed aside by spoiled people who have to be "wowed".

I too do enjoy the ones that stand out, but also just having a few basic followers that retain the original Skyrim look and not all "slooted" up can be nice once in awhile.

A simple mod like this can be a nice accomplishment for first time mod makers, so show some gratitude. I don't see any mods uploaded from you, JohnZonbi. So how about you try to learn the basics and upload something simple just for a learning experience and see how it would make you feel when others put you down.

Anyway, nice work on the follower mod. She works for me as she is supposed to and that's good enough. This is the first big step into learning how to create more "in-depth" followers, if that's what you're wanting to do.

A bit of advice: Try using the console command "tm" to turn the menus/navigation bar off. Clears the screen for better pictures.

      Cheers Bullybeef.

Hey, great lookin follower, will try her out soon, thanks for NOT placing her in the overcrowded Bannered Mare, though my Drunken is gettin there too, need more followers in the Temple of Whiterun, lol.

All I can say is do it again, thanks for your art of modding, I'm a collector of followers, sadly not modder! Please try a sexy Dunmer, dark elf at like Dragons Bridge, with like dark plum skin, or off navy blue...Wish more variety skin tones for followers, Nord white or tan, or Redguard black tint is now sooo overdone, What U think ?

Thanks for the support! I put her in the Drunken Huntsman because A: it was an easy empty place where I could try her out, and B: it made sense for her character.

Once I improve my skills I'd like to create some more varied and interesting followers (especially female elves). A Dunmer in Dragon Bridge sounds like a good idea.
