Manually: Copy the and paste the meshes and textures folders and Finna.esp into the Skyrim Data folder. Click "yes to all" if asked.

Or use Nexus Mod Manager.

If you use one version and want to swap over to the other one so she has different hair, just download the other version and click "yes to all" when asked. make sure to take all of Finna's inventory just to be safe. :)

If she is following, Dismiss her then leave the cell (go through a loading screen).

Manually:
Data/meshes/actors/character - then remove the folder named Finna.
Data/meshes/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom - then remove the folder named Finna.esp
Data/textures/actors/character - then remove the folder named Finna.
Data/textures/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceTint - then remove the folder named Finna.esp
Now remove Finna.esp from the Skyrim Data Folder.
