CANNOT ABSORB DRAGON SOULS - Make sure you have the unofficial patches and a correctly sorted load order.
See Arthmoor's sticky in the Unofficial Skyrim Patch forum for more info.

Thank you everyone for the positive comments!

Unbelievable. Thousands of endorsements yet nobody mentions about how this mod breaks the game. This mod deletes dragons from dragon's lairs causing them to never respawn. Quests relating to killing dragons like bounty and dragon hunting from esbern can't complete, pointer points to non-existant deleted dragon. Using setstage completes the quest but the deleted dragons are gone for good. This mod is dangerous game breaking mod.

You are only supposed to use this if you have a dragon corpse that shows up repeatedly in many places while you travel after you have killed them.

Wait, what? So if i don't have dragon stalking problem i don't need to use this mod? And when i have dragon stalking problem, i install this mod, save the game, then uninstall it?

Right, if you don't have the problem you shouldn't use this. If you have the problem, you might have to keep it in your game. Using it without having the problem may have screwed your save. Take it out and run a save cleaner on your save and see what happens. Good luck!

I don't supposed there is a way to restore spawn points are there?

Luckily only a few spawn points are affected but now I cannot take on bounty quests since they are broken, probably from this mod or not. Though I don't want to take chances.

this is freakin ridiculous! nowhere in the description does it state not to use this unless u have the issue. it's implied that it's a universal fix. been using it couple years and probably have busted spawn points now. hell, even if u have the stalking i don't think it'd be as bad as deleting dragon spawns.
anyone know if i install any of the 2 versions of this on SSE ...

I don't believe it did, because the vanilla version of this SHOULD (but doesn't always) eventually clean up the corpses. It just takes a lot longer to do it, and depending on load order can stop working altogether. So it usually doesn't require a fix, and Bethesda's intention was that dragon corpses would be cleaned up after a certain amount of time, not aggressively as soon as the corpse unloads. My guess is they wanted to give the player the option to make several trips to and from the corpse if necessary.
      TLDR: I don't think so.

Scripts didn't change between Skyrim and SSE, so the loose files version of this should work perfectly. I checked the scripts myself to be sure and everything looks okay. The only thing I haven't verified is if Durnehviir's form ID changed, but I doubt it has.

I tried downloading this manually to SSE but the game would not even start until I removed the Mod. Can you look into that issue? I really don't want those dragon skeletons chasing me around SSE, I need this Mod.

If the game does not launch with this mod installed, it's because you chose the BSA version. SSE will always crash upon startup if you try to load Oldrim .bsa files. You need to either extract the BSA or re-install the mod and choose loose files.
