Adds smelter recipes for forging multiple ingots at a time, compatible with Complete Crafting Overhaul ratios.

There are a few mods that let you craft multiple ingots at once to save time.
This one does it using the Complete Crafting Overhaul (CCO) recipe ratios. For example, in CCO 1 Steel Ingot is made from 5 Iron Ore plus 3 charcoal. This mod adds the following:
10 Iron Ore + 6 Charcoal = 2 Steel Ingots
25 Iron Ore + 15 Charcoal = 5 Steel Ingots
Similar recipes are added for the other ores also.
In addition, I added a new consistent recipe set based on:
1 Iron Ingot + 3 Charcoal = 1 Steel Ingot
This additional method to make steel ultimately uses the same resources (5 Iron Ore and 1 Charcoal). It just makes sense to me that if you've gone through the effort of refining the ore into an ingot, re-melting it to add some charcoal should be fine.
So that's it; an improved multiple ingot CCO consistent set of recipes to save clicking when converting large numbers of ore.
The mod doesn't strictly need CCO, but your recipes won't be consistent if you use this with vanilla crafting.
