A spell that combines unrelenting force and chain lightning. (is working progress so expect new versions to be uploaded semi-regularly)
The spell tome is at the Sleeping Giant Inn on the left side of the bar.
NOTE: You technically have to steal it but the tome's ownership is set to none so nobody will freak out when you steal it.
