If you're wondering why your sky is never blue and your sun is so bright you can't actually see it in the sky, try disabling this mod.

This works perfectly in LE for completely removing the moving bands in the sky.  But it also washes out the sky color.

Can confirm that this creates a black sky in SSE (atleast with vivid weathers & truestorms)

There's 2 other ways to reduce/eliminate sky banding (or all banding in the game, really):

    1) Use a debanding shader. Some versions of reshade come with one.
    2) Use a noise filter (reshade/enb).

Would absolutely love if this could be ported over to SSE. Running it thru the SSE NIF Optimizer completely broke it, basically opened a portal to Hell in the sky, and using it without the tool results in this kind of sky during what's supposed to be a bright sunny day, lol:

Anyway, big fan of your mods and I know you must be busy, I look forward to hopefully having this in SSE at some point

ramccoid as you've already ported some of your mods to SSE (including galaxy, and that mod suggests to install this mod) could you also port it properly to SSE?

well this mod worked perfectly for me and my problems (ugly black ripples in the sky) and i have noticed 1 negative side effect which is i cant alt-tab the game to return to desktop anymore, i dont know why it would happen but i know its caused by this mod, i would love giving an endorsement and i will when i can find a fix.

my fav mod of skyrim, it's not perfect as you can see the sky change colors faster in night but it goes by quick and youl almost never even notice it, gets rid of the very annoying bothersome lines in the sky tho and i don't use enb other then boost so this version works for me and is compatible with almost anything i have thnks for the mod

    Hello!
Could you tell me if you ever managed to determine if this mod fixes the double horizon lines when looking at oceans from far away?

Thanks very much. I have almost completed it, it's just this one band which I can't seem to eradicate. It is a tricky and tedious one to do.

I just have to get this frost spell mod out of the way because of so many requests for it and then I'll work some more on this one.

It's good to see you modding Skyrim again, my friend, with your excellent quality work which I hope to see more of.

All the very best, my friend.
