Have you thought of turning the building here: https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/110/images/54169-4-1400469496.jpg habitable/rebuildable, and maybe add an item/stone/totem somewhere on the island to toggle animal agressiveness?

A few others are experiencing the same problem. I'm doing some work on the mod at the moment, but I haven't uploaded anything yet. Hopefully, the new version will be out by the end of the month and we can see if that fixes it.
I had the same strange textures bug mentioned before. The areas of grass were jet black, no texture; the sandy areas by the water were blinding snow white, no textures, and looking at the screenshots, I think I was missing a lot of the plants. Missing isn't exactly right either - sometimes, as I moved around, a texture would pop in and then back out on the ground - but it looked like dirt, not the sand in the screenshots. Unless the game automatically tries to put some default texture on it? I don't know. It's a shame because I really liked this location and the added detail added to this version was really great. Nice touch, there. I have about 45 mods including some that improve the textures in the game or make other changes so maybe it's that.

Hmm. Are you using the download manager or using the manual link? Manual is working for me on a few different machines, but I only have the download manager on one. If you're still experiencing the problem, I can try to re-upload.
So downloaded but seems to not all there........... will try again...... put some shots for you to look at ......... they need approved so you can see them and delete them and tell me what I have done wrong with this

Nope, it's completely standalone. You're the first to bring something like this to my attention. Short of some kind of mod conflict, I have no idea what would cause this.
EDIT: Yep, I'm an idiot. Forgot to pack the textures and meshes.
