Changelogs
I have attempted to create an enb preset that is clear and not to dark at day times.
the shadows are deep but you can still see everything. It is a mix of reality and fantasy.

The nights are dark, so are the interior. I've added a lighter version if you want nights/interiors
to be lighter.

Update v1.0b
Fixed 1 weather file SkyrimCloudy.ini
Made a a lot of changes to the effect.fx file.
I had at some point changed the gamma in the SkyrimPrefs.ini file and then forgot
about it. Noticed it when reinstalling Skyrim.
This could mean that everything looks to dark expectantly the shadows.
It should be fixed now. I added slightly more contrast + Saturation as well.
Brightness is now set around the middle on the slider in my game (pretty much default) .

I also seem to have included the wrong SweetFX_preset.txt and forgotten some .dll files
for SweetFX. If you get errors just disable it in enblocale.ini. I have re-uploaded the files.
So every thing should be working now.

I apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you

Update v 1.0a:
I have made some changes to the weather (Fog shadows were way to dark at daytime)
And I have added new extreme performance settings, fps on my comp is around 44-60 fps
But it still looks good.

About the Weather
I have included all the weather types, they are optimized for this ENB preset.
They also work with the ELFX version.

I have tested all of the weathers, but it's hard to test them all in all locations at
all times of day/night. So if you find some thing off with one or more of them
please let me know.

( If you use COT then you shouldn't use the enb weathers. )

Also try out Supreme storms for more intense snow/rain storms.

The cloud textures from Dramatic clouds works well with the enb weathers.

If you use the weathers from RLO then choose the lighter nights version
unless you use it with ELFX. If not it may become way to dark outside at nights.

Also some of the effects from the ENB weathers will not show properly
e.g. The thunder storm will have black clouds, instead of dark clouds at night.

The textures in the images are from Skyrim Realistic Texture Overhaul , Realistic Water Two
and Dramatic clouds Ultra

Installation
First download the d3d9.dll from enbdev.com
Choose the latest version v0.261
Link: enbseries_skyrim_v0261

Then unzip it some where on your computer
And go to the WrapperVersion copy d3d9.dll
To your skyrim main dir where the .exe file is located

When you have done that just copy all the content from
Skyrim-Main-Folder to your skyrim main dir.

You will need to edit your SkyrimPrefs.ini file it's normally located in
Documents|My Games|Skyrim

Set bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 to 1 if you don't the ENB wont work as intended.
Also make sure to change.
bTreesReceiveShadows=1
bDrawLandShadows=1
bShadowsOnGrass=1

Open the enblocal.ini file configure it to your liking.

And your good to go!.
