Forgotten summit is a luxurious friendly player home located next to the Ritual stone in Whiterun. The home has great views of the mountains and offers a great location for fishing.

The home comes with its own faction of guards (Home Guards). The home is automaticly available to be fast traveled to. One of the homes main features is its Pool and hot tubs. Outside the home a Merchant with a randomly generated stock will be able to buy and sell items. The house has its own cathedral/catacombs. It has a blacksmith, tavern and 2 bedrooms and a secret passage.

When the player first comes to the house he must find the note and the key to open the door.

The note reads

This is the key you will use to unlock your new home. This home was once a Dwarven mine. This mine collapsed some many years ago. After the collapse the ancient Nord's built a stronghold in the center. The only Remanence of Dwarven inhabitance is the ruins up on the surface and the ancient Magi pool located in the center of the Nord stronghold. A few servants have been handed to you, they will sweep and clean. We have summoned some Sovngarde mages to help us understand the buildings history. They say that the old Smugglers passage is active, providing quick access to the Solitude Docks. The Nord family crypt is located in the stronghold cathedral. I will be in the master bed room if you need me.
