This Mod adds a new home in the beautiful scenery of snow-covered beaches of the North coast of the Kingdom of Skyrim, in the province of the Pale, near the town of Dawnstar.

HELP WANTED!
I'm not able to complete the navmesh of the interior and the exterior areas of the house...
Are there any modder who want to help me with the navmeshing issues?
This is my Second Home Mod: it's a Home placed in the Northland, a rich house suitable for any Dragonborn who prefer to get away from the hassles and the bustle of the city and spend a moment of peacefulness, immersed in the silence of the typical charming landscape of the Pale's coasts. The interior of the house isn't fully navmeshed, so at the moment you can't bring with you a follower or any other NPC into the house, but the will wait in the exterior area.
....Outside the house, in the backyard, you will find:
.........- A Smelter;
.........- A Forge;
.........- A Grindstone;
.........- A Workbench;
.........- Safe containers;
.........- Archery targets and Dummy Training;
.........- A hut with a sleeping bag for those who are not afraid to spend the night in the freezing cold!
....Inside the house, you will have 8 rooms:
.........1. The Hallway;
.........2. The Living Room;
.........3. The Dining Room;
.........4. The Master Bedroom;
.........5. The Library with an Enchantments Table and an Alchemy Table;
.........6. A Swimming Pool;
.........7. A Kitchen, Smithing WorkStaion and a Smelter;
.........8. The Followers Room.

....If all requirements reached, then it's a simple matter of downlaoding and activating the .esp plugin. Note this mod doesn't use scripts, it's made with the Creation Kit to achieve full compatibility. Is available also an italian version of the Mod.
