    In your description, you recommend Performance Combination by marcel1237
    Over at his page, there isn't really a description of what it does. There are no posts either. Can you give me some insight about his Performance combination?

       It isn't really a mod, but instead a recopilation of various mods that are meant to improve your performance. The mod page gives you links to every single mod which you are supposed install and the file available is just a d3d9.dll file which fixes some s#*! here and there (arguably).
       
       So it's not a full-fledged mod, marcel1237 just gives you a list of performance mods worth installing and a dll file.
