Ladies and gentlemen, i present you Arial The White Bitch... huh, i mean Witch :3
Arial is an High elf follower with ice magic that levels with the player from lvl 1 to 81, if you want her to level up more just use the console commands.
Also, she may run out of mana at low level and start attacking with her bare hands (and she hurts, my character tried x_x) so maybe you should giver her a weapon just in case.
And you're gonna need the following mods:

Ariel is a powerful witch that lived in the ice lands of skyrim, she was tied of being in her iceberg house staring at the skulls of her dead ex-boyfriends (yes she kills the guys that hurt her feelings), so she decided to go on a quest to find her one and true love (yeah sure e_e, let's not hope that is your character) arround skyrim.
