If you wish to populate the Lodge with your followers, please use the following mod. It has been tested and works well. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18045/
Well, information is outdated. Use My Home is Your Home (MHiYH 2plus) - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62040 - instead.
Home just lacks the Location with locType set. The outfit management of AFT and FLP is based on this to change clothes according to environment. The auto-relax feature seems to depend on it too, especially FLP - which also uses this setting for display the followers' whereabouts, just empty without giving it a proper location with a name. Kept all original, just added the location. Just replace the esp file, no clean save or update procedure needed.
I love the look and design of the house. I do have one significant problem: I'm using AFT and for some reason it doesn't recognize the building as a "home" so followers don't change apparel or act as if they are at home. May also be why the bed doesn't give the 'well rested' buff.
I do use 'My Home is Your Home' and even after telling a follow that this is their new home they don't use the AFT actions (such as changing into their assigned casual wear).
Quick update: I tried your White Wall Burrow home as well - same problem. Something in the mods is not identifying them as player-owned homes. They are both great designs and I would use them both if followers could tell they are player homes.
Just discovered this nice home - having the same issues with FLP.. Additionally the currenct location of followers in the list is empty.
Solution: Looks like the 'Location' of the interior cell is missing.
This can be easily fixed with CK: 1. Open mod "Blue Bear Lodge" in load dialog, set as active mod. 2. Navigate Object Tree -> WorldData -> Locations 3. Right click -> 'New' 4. Give it some meaningful names, like ID: "BlueBearLodgeLocation", Name: "Blue Bear Lodge" 5. Choose Parent location: "EastMarchHoldLocation"" 6. Important: Give it Keywords lower left, defines the type of the location (i.e. as a house/home), so it is recognized by follower mods: At least add "LocTypeDwelling" "LocTypeHouse" "LocTypePlayerHouse" 7. Press OK. 8. Open Cell view (Main Menu -> View -> Cell View Window) and select "World View: Interiors" in top menu 9. In the left list find Id: "BlueBearLodge", right click -> edit 10. In tab 'Common data' -> 'Location': choose "BlueBearLodgeLocation" created above 11. Press OK. Save the mod. Done.
This should fix most types of weird behaviour with modern follower mods.

This home is great for my Stormcloak character! The other Stormcloak-type homes I've found are either too vanilla and minimalistic or don't have follower support. Perfect amount of mannequins and I love the blue beds. Thanks a bunch.
This is a beautiful looking home. I really wanted this in my game, but unfortunately, for some reason it crashed my game on startup. Shame, since I really like the look of it and thought it would be perfect. I don't know why it crashed...as far as I know there was no conflict, but once I removed this mod, my game loaded fine. Thank you for sharing this anyway, for those that can enjoy this, they are lucky for such a lovely home!
Great idea and concept. Loved the interior and how ya decorated and organized. The oven is awesome... But, it crashed my game and had to remove it. May come back once I figure out why. Again, great job with the mod.
Near perfect - "Frostfall Friendly" ? Absolutely not - you're in one of the coldest sections of the world, surrounded by freezing water and deadly beasts, and a good distance away from other cities/locations. That's not "friendly" at all.
Extra Note: Incompatible with Windhelm Lighthouse.
I keep hearing a noisy while inside the home .. like if it is something that is shinning like can you please remove that sound....or at least tell me how to get rid of it
