My Skyrim messed up and I wiped my Skyrim folder. I know the BSA is lacking and the rug models and textures are not transferred properly. I'll fix that in a moment.

ANYTHING and EVERYTHING *I* have created is free game as long as you don't just take my esp and publish it as your own AND YOU GIVE CREDIT TO ME FOR ANY WORK YOU USE. Be it meshes, textures, houses, NPCs. I am releasing all my stuff to other modders to use, as long as you don't charge money for it and when it's house mods, you actually developed the house further. Just taking my mods, adding a few tiny things and reuploading IS NOT ALLOWED. Don't dupe stuff, make it better. Improve. Evolve. Also, NO UPLOADING MY MODS TO STEAM WORKSHOP. Using my assets in SWS is fine, I just don't want my complete mods hosted in that pile of crap.
Do note that this file file contains a lot of free to use modder's resources, but also a fair amount of custom stuff by my friends and other people, and those unique works are not allowed to be used or reverse-engineered for any PUBLIC WORK under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Touching anything made by lrsamways/Nahkin/DarkFox127 is a no-no. Take a look at the credit section to see what can be reused and what not.
Translations are welcome, send me the file and I will put it up here on this mod page. DO NOT upload translation BSAs elsewhere ('cept you, Oaristys, you have my personal permission for any French versions)

If it would be an easy update for you I humbly ask for your help. At the long alchemy/enchanting table are many many cabinets though but for 4 of them they are all unusable. It would add so much enjoyment and immersion for me if you could make them all useful. Please oh please!
Ahh so beautiful! But, methinks this is not compatible with mods that overhaul the design of the city of Solitude (JK's solitude, Dawn of Solitude, etc). Boo, now I'm sad.
I love this house! It's super cute from the outside, has everything I need inside, and has an awesome view...perfect! Love all your mods, thank you so much for your time and effort!!
I was blown away with Moonwatch; that balcony is in the perfect spot! All the attention to detail and the new music you include in certain homes really make these additions to the world more precious than any shiny I can think of.
Love the location! It makes me think of a big city, which of course, Solitude is supposed to be. Also kind of reminds me of the houses from Fable II, the style I guess. That is a good thing! I'm planning on using it in my next play through. I'll let you know more what I think too. But really, Love the location and exterior!

Is not necessary create a quest for obtain a house. It is more practical and easy to buy it. Pay for the key. Simply. It is only my opinion. Great work anyway.
That's one pretty sweet abode! I always loved your work. Sometimes I get a performance loss but the problem is definitely on my side due to my shitty computer. Keep up the good work. Endorsed!
I had a dream... I had a dream of a lone man looking at the night sky wondering what life would be like if his partner would ever return... maybe to own a Manor with a husky and a son. As the moonwatches over him, he hears a noise... A word, spoken faintly "Please turn, let your heart rest" ... A vampire?? He readies his sword for combat to only find out... "Elianora is that you!!" his long lost love.
Some how I got "moonwatch Manor returns" by a mod author that goes by the name of "elianora", hmm how strange
I love this house!! Thank you for your awesome work in putting this together , it really is a beauty.
